An initial fact finding meeting is completely free as we will bear the cost of this. This will then give you a valuable insight as to whether we can be of assistance to you.

Our normal fee is £250 payable on completion only, we will also be paid commission from the lender. On more complex cases i.e. adverse credit, lending into retirement, we will charge a fee of £500 as well as receiving commission from the lender. In some cases, there will be no fee payable - speak with us to see if this applies to your situation.

We will discuss and agree any charges before any chargeable work is undertaken.
