I am an Independent Mortgage and Insurance broker with an office based on the border of Northamptonshire and Leicestershire serving Desborough, Rothwell, Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough and surrounding areas. Having moved house, I am now also available in and around The Deepings, Stamford and the general Peterborough area.

I had lived and worked in the Kettering area for over 40 years, the last 27 years within the Financial Services Industry. Considerable experience in the art of customer satisfaction has been learned here the hard way, and now comes as second nature. I pride myself on giving the client the best advice possible.

Since 2004 I have specialised in purely Mortgage and Insurance advice and since 2007 I have worked alongside John Betts of John Betts Mortgages Ltd. Between us we have over 55 years of experience to call upon to make sure that each client gets the best possible advice.

 We understand that everyone's different, and that's why our mortgage and insurance planning approach is as individual as you. We know the financial side of life can be complex and that's why we work hard to get to know you and your needs through careful planning and consultation. We then provide quality advice, services and practical pathways to help you achieve the life you want.
 
We are happy to meet at a day, time and location most convenient to you, and these meetings are usually arranged by prior appointment.

An initial fact finding meeting is completely free as we will bear the cost of this. This will then give you a valuable insight as to whether we can be of assistance to you.

Our normal fee is £250 payable on completion only, we will also be paid commission from the lender. On more complex cases i.e. adverse credit, lending into retirement, we will charge a fee of £500 as well as receiving commission from the lender.

We will discuss and agree any charges before any chargeable work is undertaken.
